Just Employment Law provide employers across the UK with a range of specialist employment law services. Theirs is quite literally a people business but their website lacked personality. Consultancy businesses often face a challenge when presenting themselves because they don’t have cool products, complex machines or the chaos of a factory floor. What they do have though, is people.

During the exploratory phase of the project the importance of personal relationships to the business became quite clear. Each client is assigned their own dedicated solicitor who gets to know the client’s business inside out and effectively becomes part of the client team. We felt that this personal approach could be something that the website could focus on and that by promoting their team across their marketing materials, prospective clients would feel that the team weren’t complete strangers, even before meeting them.

As a foil for the serious side of the business we developed a bold colour palette of warm blues and greens and worked with the client to develop clear and focused headline messaging to promote their key services.
